Booking
To confirm a booking a 25% deposit is required. This can be paid by various means, including online through the "Book Now" form. We are able to put the villa on hold for you, if you require a few days to finalise your plans...
Check In - Check Out Times
Check in / out times are usually very relaxed and flexible, based on what suits your best. If another tenant is checking in or out on the same day we will advise accordingly, and arrange the longest possible access to the property for you.
Balance Payment
8 weeks prior to your arrival the full balance payment will be required. All the Information and the various payment options will be sent to you. If booking within 2 months of your arrival, the full amount will be required.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your booking, the full balance and any extras are non refundable. However we will strive to be as helpful and flexible as possible. If given enough notice we may be able to refund part or all of your balance.
