This villa has been arranged so that it can be enjoyed as a whole house for up to 5 guests or let separately as two 1 bedroom apartments.
The addition of a refreshing dipping pool in 2017 enhances the villa even further.
One Bedroom Elevated Ocean Living
The upper level has a vast great room with a lounge area and well equipped open plan kitchen. The rooms are light and airy with high lofted ceilings and double width opening doors all round onto the deck.
Dine alfresco on the balmy courtyard area within the privacy of the property gardens and within the heavy carved external courtyard entrance doors.
Just off from the covered verandah is the new dipping pool with views over the beach - perfect for cooling off on those villa days.
The master bedroom with large private bathroom also has a private balcony and is located on the upper level.
Please note that parents may find the open railing unsuitable for younger children.
This upper Ocean deck can be enjoyed separately as a one bedroom rental property.

The Beach deck has an open plan boutique kitchen and lounge, with a very comfortable pull-out single bed suitable for an adult or child. The cool and airy bedroom opens up to the gardens and has a walk-in wardrobe and en suite bathroom. There is an outside shower for use by guests with views around. Perfect for rinsing off after a visit to the beach.
