Authentic Caribbean Location
Due to their location and lack of international airport, the Grenadines are a truly authentic Caribbean destination & untouched from the masses of tourists. Jamdown is relatively easy to reach from the UK, Europe and North America, for those willing to take that small extra step…
Barbados provides the most connecting flights into St. Vincent & the Grenadines, so is therefore the most popular gateway, and is the one we recommend. Grenada, St Lucia, Trinidad, Puerto Rico and Martinique are all possible gateway airports.
International Flights
UK: Virgin Atlantic & British Airways offer daily flights into Barbados, as well as weekly flights with Thomas Cook.
North America: Jet Blue, American Airlines, Air Canada, Air America, West Jet, Delta, American Airlines, US Airways
Europe: Air France, Condor
Inter-Island Travel
Once in Barbados you can take a short 50 minute flight direct to Bequia with SVG Air - Part of the Grenadine Air Alliance with Mustique Air. Alternatively you can fly with LIAT Airlines to St. Vincent (45 minutes) and then take the regular ferry service (45 - 60 minutes) to Bequia.
BOOK NOW > Jamdown concierge can book your Grenadines flights at no charge and send you the e-tickets.
Ferry Services
There are three main ferry companies that service Bequia and the rest of the Grenadine Islands; Admiralty Transport, Bequia Express and Jaden Inc. This is a great way to arrive on Bequia, as you experience some of the hustle and bustle of St. Vincent's capital Kingstown, and then watch as Bequia's rugged North Coast comes into view, round the headland into the beautiful protected waters of Admiralty Bay and have the perfect view of the whole of the west coast of Bequia.
Alternatively the Jamdown concierge can arrange a speedboat transfer from St. Vincent - simply contact us for more details
